I want to see the model's mouth... The eyes are wonderfully expressive, but there is a white line (perhaps hair?) over the right eye and I think adding more of the pic would bring more emotion to the shot. (6)

I think I know what you were going for, but it just doesn't work (in my humble opinion). The added effects of graininess to apparently preserve anonymity are too contrived. Don't get me wrong, I like the finger gesture and the fact that the model covered his/her face, but it lost its appeal due to the added effects. Sorry (4).
