I've got mixed emotions about the misty lighting here, but it does create a mood. Good comp. The tones are a little red for my taste and I think you could probably increase the contrast & visibility with a little more d&b (but I tend to overdo that sort of thing anyway). Overall I do like it... ;-)

Great capture - and good editing! The lighting on the ball is a tad different than on your face, but that's the only thing that gives it away. If you had rotated the ball just a bit more to the left, it would have matched the lighting in the rest of the shot more closely. But to be honest, I only noticed this after reading your description! ;-) Good stuff (and love the Cavaliers shirt!)!

Good work on getting the whites of the eyes to stand out and make the "darker" portions of your face more acceptable. Definitely "dark & moody", and very well done.

Yes, definitely way too many knives! HAHAHA! A little noisy, but terrific creativity and expression. You might try a little more levels adjustment for the tonal range. Good work though - all around good work!

Certainly moody and I like the tones. The shadows are a bit on the dark side and I'm not crazy about the vignetting here, but the overall comp is quite good.
