The Texas State Capitolby SandyPComment: Very nice Sandy. This is an awesome photo and, yes, very dramatic with the darkened sky. What type of polarizer did you get... if you don't mind my asking?
BTW I too find this li'l ole building fun to snap pictures of. I will be heading home from work or at night and pass by there and take a few pictures.
