George by Rando D300Comment: I am soooooooo in love - anytime George wants to run away from home ........ (pack his suitcase and buy him a ticket to Michigan!)
this is from a woman who thinks the best way to have children is to let your sisters do it, and dogs were meant to live at someone else's house.
George is beautiful (handsome? dignified? generous? kind? loving?)
It is your composition, background choice, and lighting which caught my eye. I truly loved this picture; wasn't able to vote, but would have given it at least a 9 - and more likely, a 10.

All The Ingredientsby dartompkinsComment: Shooting a tree from an unusual angle - looking straight up or slightly off - can add interest and vitality to a photograph. Such an image might spark a desire in the viewer to lie down on the ground to study the leafy bowers high above, or suggest a mid-afternoon dreaming session. This odd angle adds little meaning or inspiration to the picture. I would suggest to you and others who use this technique to keep it rare - and thus valuable. |

Rubber Duckquariby naomikComment: A bit fuzzy, a bit off-kilter, flat color on the grapes, and I would rather have seen a green umbrella. But - the swirl of the fabric, which catches the lighting in a wonderful shimmery way and the swirls of the liquid in the glass, which you caught well are terrific. However, what really won me to this picture is that one drop of water just in front of the duck. I keep reaching out to wipe it up, before catching myself. That is a serindipitous capture on your side. |

Under Water Duckyby jrtoddComment: The colors are flat, the images are slightly off, and the design isn't overly exciting. But, I do love your capture of the water bubbles. |

Shoot them as they fallby JinjitComment: Love the contrast between the dark and light. But the use of a frame (or whatever the white box is) emphasizes the slightly "off" feeling of the grapes' path and the bowl edge. |

Sailor Duckyby neenee1999Comment: Nice colors, composition, cropping, use of water and other props, lighting, and clarity. Wow, I just talked myself into raising my original rating from a 7 to a 9. |
