This is a tough shot to do in BW. The sky looks flat gray - and the tree just looks a little more flat gray.

Too much "high beam" and slightly off-level. I would have liked to see the same cloud formation show in the reflection as well. The pattern of your real/reflect image (eyes squinted) is awesome.

Leveling the two outside points along the finely lighted line on the curved building would have retained the curvature of that structure. It would have positioned the fountains at a little more exciting angle. As it stands, this picture feels a bit awkward to me.

There seems to be a flare from the light source(s), which is casting a pinkish-beige glow to the picture.
