it really reminds me on the sheakespeare books/movies somehow, might has to do with the clothes and the old couch...
the tatoo and the noise/jpg-artefacts in the background distract a little though.

to be honest, this has to be the best b&w portrait i've seen on dpc for a long time!
the tones are just so rich it looks almost film-like.
and i agree with you, her gorgeous eyes would not have the same impact if this was a colour image...
i'd be glad to know how you converted this to b&w.
