I would have cropped at the shoulders. The model is young and it almost seems like you are trying to make her more than a little girl (only a perception - nothing to read into it). She is strikingly pretty and the shot is very well done.

If you go to my profile, you'll see I can't take a decent picture. So I'm not too qualified to comment on your technique. I'd like to see a little more light on the face and maybe a less busy background. But like I said...
However, I will comment on your title. She looks angry or at least annoyed. But I don't see sultry. By definition, sultry means sensual and/or voluptuous. She appears a little young for that look in this shot. Just an opinion..

Good contrast. I'd like to see the bloom a little brighter, but then your title calls for morning light, so maybe a solid flash would kill the intent. Still a nice stark contrast to the darkness behind.
