Eyesby rjhodderComment: This portrait has wonderful colors, and the eyes definitely make the shot. The splash of color on the very bottom (apparently part of the scarf) is distracting. I would have cropped it out. |

Charmby magnusComment: A beautiful image. The bracelet is little distracting, but not enough to hurt my vote. Nice work. |

Vividby frumoazniculComment: Lovely face, especially the eyes. The focus is excellent everywhere except for one small area of the cloth, in the center of the fold between the face and the tree(?) This is probably a DOF problem. Still, this is a beautiful portrait. |

Bite meby heidaComment: Great study in colors and expression. Not sure what wall you'd hang this portrait on, but I like it anyway. Good job. |

eye spy .... a fractional self portraitby xtineComment: Focus is a little soft for a close-up of the eye. I think you would do better with more DOF so the lashes aren't out. They are too vivid and prominent to leave out of focus. Also, while I like the off-center position of the shot, I think you're a little too far off. |

Joshuaby peeceeComment: Makes points on adorable-ness. Needs a little better focus on his front hand (DOF issue). Very nice shot |

Sandraby tfarrell23Comment: I'm sorry, but this is too processed for my taste. The framing is good and the colorful scarf is good, but the finish is not good. |

Autumn by steinarComment: Excellent framing and nice portrait. Looks like the focus is a little soft on one eye. The sharpest part of the face is her mouth while most people go for the eyes. Might have been intentional - I like it either way. Good job. |
