This is one of my favorites from recent memory. I was really torn as to whether the border was legal or not though. 'add a border to the outside edge of your entry. Your border must be distinct and clearly recognizable as a border." and

This is brilliant work, but it does feel like the border became an integral part of the picture (new object/feature).

I am incredibly jealous. A wonderful opportunity, wonderfully shot.

Is this handheld or tripod-based? I see this is at 1/60th with a 400mm lens. I can't imagine her being patient and trusting enough to let you set up a tripod, but I can't imagine getting this crisp a shot at that speed without it.

I had to look at this for a while to realize you shot from behind he fountain. It looks like the fountain jets are in the river.

I think you would be happier with a shot from the river walk, as you get the lights reflecting off the water. I might also suggest cropping to lose more of the sky, as the key to this shot is the lights of the city.

I would love to know how much of a crop this is. I have been shooting hummingbirds this spring, and haven't been able to get close enough to get one this sharp.
