It looks like you used a fresco filtor or watercolor filter..and I like it a lot! it gives it the look of a watercolor painting or fresco, the sky is good.. this is very creative and that one light shining on the car gives a good sense of mood..8. You will get comments about using a filter, I have used one in the past for effect and not had good reception in voting, but just go with your creativity.

This appears to be a lighting fixture taken from below with very small shutter opening...but I may be wrong..however it was done..I love it..the simplicity and the color and texture seem ethereal.
