Seems underexposed. Could just be the cloudiness though. Good composition. the border gets lost at the left of the photo. I don't like it when that happens.

Good work. The one star or light in the sky got my attention right away. I think you should have cloned that out.

Good photo. The border looks messed up the gray on the on the left is on the inside of the blavk and the gray on the right is on the outside of the black. Then ther is no gray on the top or bottom.
