Screamby mrmorrisComment: This is my favorite pic so far from this challenge. Great angle, focus and lighting! |

Closed doors for the Mayansby euskadiComment: Nice photo. Perhaps it would work a little better if the camera were shooting up toward the woman rather than down. The floor is a little distracting. She doesn't looked too pained to me, though. |

All my painsby TiagoComment: I really like the top portion of the picture. The hand in the crotch area calls too much attention to itself (I'm assuming that the arm over the head was supposed to be the main focus of the picture). I think it might look better if it was cropped around the belly button. |

The Void of What Once Wasby TranquilComment: Interesting picture. There is something about it that attracts me, although I'm probably missing the symbolism. The only comment I have is that the subjects hands blend in with the heart a little too much. |

Condoreoby bpcardonaComment: Very sad. I think it's a little too busy though. Perhaps just one picture of the boy along with the paper would have said enough. |

Tough Cookieby SimonkasprzakComment: This is a nice idea (like Shrek!). The lighting needs work though, and the top right corner is distracting. |

The Pain of Defeatby bjallenComment: Good idea, and nice capture of motion. The background is a little too busy though. Perpahs another angle with less background would have been better. |

Survivalby TiberiusComment: Interesting picture. (Not that I can read animal expressions), but there seems to be more of a viciousness on the cat's face rather than pain. Maybe pain for whatever the cat ate? The top left is a little distracting. Would have been nicer to just see the patio. |
