It's not clear what you are saying with this picture. Are you saying that there are too many handicapped parking slots...or are you making light of the fact that the sign is inside the barrier there where no one can obviously park? I ask because we can't really tell if the sign is legit and pointed / intended for the space just out of view. Your humor may get interpreted as out-of-place intollerance for the handicapped....and that won't go over too well.
