Acursed Goldby krytaComment: Wow, Kryta ... NICE job! I am the person who gave you a 10 on this and you know what? It was the only 10 I gave in the whole challenge! I gave lots of nines, but only one 10. Cool, since I see from your profile that that is how old you are. Hope you keep up with photography because you're really good! The most important thing is that you enjoy it, but it looks like you must've had fun with this shot. Yay for you! I'll be looking for future challenge entries from you. |

All Lined Upby JutildaComment: Wow, wonder how people felt about the border, heehee ;-) I gave this an 8, which means I'm surprised to find it back here. The dof is really great, as is the clarity and the meeting of the challenge. It looks like this fence goes on forever and ever - really nice! |

Liquid Goldby MelethiaComment: I gave this a 9 - it was gold, and it was beautiful in my eyes and on my monitor. I'm a sucker for swirly water reflections, though. The colors really are exquisite. Nice job! |

c h r y s a l i sby CalliopeKelComment: Kelly, this is beautiful! I missed it completely during voting which is too bad, 'cause I would've loved to see this unique entry then. It's airy thanks to the cloth and dark thanks to the tones from processing and/or light. That contrast (airy/dark) is what appeals to me most. The cloth (and her body!) is stunning. Nice, nice work!! |

The Golden Packageby jdannelsComment: I agree that this is under-rated. I gave this a 6, which is (for comparison) the same as I rated place #7. To me, it was obvious that a lot of work was put into this entry and that it met the challenge. The reasons I didn't rate it higher are because the effect might have been a little too subtle. Had her hair been blowing backwards even more, facial expression showing some surprise, and light more dramatic, I would've given this a 9 or 10. But how on earth you ended up way back here in place 251 is beyond me! This was a really good entry. |

Sacagawea Gold Dollarby rick13601Comment: Ah, this is so close to being a really nice picture. The focus is just a tad to shallow it seems since the 2006 is perfect, but not her face, although that could be due to the glare there. I like the idea of this macro and it more than meets the challenge to boot. But I really feel the lighting and / or focus around the subject's face is missing whatever the 2006 has got. |

The touch of Midaby Rino63Comment: This is my favorite of the several Midas shots I've seen. I like how you've got the gold flakes to flow from the finger to the leaf. |

Porte doréeby dmmontyComment: This definitely meets the challenge and technically looks sufficiently sharp and of decent quality. For me though, there's too much to look at at once. My eye doesn't know where to go because of the distractions to right and left. I hope you don't mind my criticism at all. |

Gold Dancersby peeteComment: I love this! Hope it does well. The people and colors near the bottom are like a dream. The spikes on the flames are magical. |
