Perfecting Perfectionby joannsComment: I like the concept, and she does look like someone who doesn't need to do much to herself to look good :) I think there are a few too many distractions, though, like the image taped to the mirror (I'll probably go to hell for suggesting that it not be included...). Great concept, though. |

When Wishes Came Trueby indigo997Comment: I like this idea a lot, and the DOF is very nice... I'm afraid the cake gets a little lost in the background, though. I think this could have worked a little better with maybe a white bear and other light-colored items in the background so that the cake would stand out a little better. Still a nice shot. |

Play time is over by Frank BeckmanComment: Funky sky! I would have liked this a little better if it had used either the backboard or another single element in the foreground. It seems like the playground equipment and the backboard compete for my eye too much. |

Balloonby BAMartinComment: It's a nice closeup of the balloon, but it doesn't evoke the feelings of childhood in my opinion. It seems more artistic than something that brings about an emotion from childhood. It *is* a nicely composed, well done shot, though. |
