Bubblesby dan_pendletonComment: I really like this - I would never have thought of low DOF for bubbles and yet it makes such a great abstract where one can really focus on the shapes and colours and light rather than solely on what the subject actually is. |

Blackpool (viewed through hand-rails on pier)by BobsterLobsterComment: A beautiful image, worthy of being on a greetings card or one of the better postcards. I like the use of the rails to frame and the wonderful colours of the sky reflected in the water. I also like the feeling of distance - as though one is separated from the hustle and bustle and noise of the city itself. |

Lo-fi Self Portrait in Sepiaby SharQComment: Like the idea and the expression - most people seem to have forgotten how appealing smiles are.
Composition seems unbalanced to the right - I don't think the extra space at the right works or is needed.
Like the DOF and shape of the hands.
Focus doesn't seem sharp. |

In all simplicity.by DrJOnesComment: Great angle and perspective through reduction in size. Lighting OK though I'd prefer a little more on the side of the face.
I'm not commenting on the nice buns. Ok I am. Nice buns. (Sorry).

Crazy Bankerby JackoComment: It will make you go blind. How many identical comments have you got like that?
I really like the way that your suit is just part of the blackness - one of the few SPs that's using lots of darkness to hide some of the subject without it being an exercise in modesty/ shyness/ fear.
Great expression too.

Splitby lionelmComment: Strangely appealing but I want to crop a lot off the top.

A Canvas Upon Which to Drawby danh669Comment: Saw similar pose in Julia Margaret Cameron exhibition recently - this is equally interesting. I like the lighting too. Focus seems soft at left side?
