Nice use of shallow DOF and very clever use of nothing more than the light and shadow of the rise and hollow within the salt to produce a composition and sweeping curved movement to the image.

Nicely done! I like the composition and texture. My main criticism would be of the white background - we all know that in real life teeth and eye whites aren't brilliant white - in this image they look *too* far off white because of their proximity to that brilliant white background.
