I go along with what SDW says. I'd add to itthat part of the problem here is there's too MUCH silhouette showing, since it's of very little interest. Sometimes when you get a sky this fine, you're better off with NO silhouette, just a little bit of distant horizon at the bottom. The color balance, the PS and NeatImage work, are very well done.

The control of the tonal range here, and the purity of the corner darkening, plus the slight asymmetricality of the central dark area, lift this image up a level.
