Nice ripple effect. You obviously worked on your lighting quite a bit; there is no ugly shadows like so many entry in this challenge.

You have too much shadow in this image. The use of multiple light source (and diffusing them) would have help. Try bouncing the light on a white cardboard instead of pointing it directly at your subject.

That's an impressive capture. However, the lighting of this scene has many problem: there's seems to be many strong light source that produce a lot of glare and it also produce a lot of shadow on the flying milk dropplets. that kind of scene requires diffuse lighting from at least two direction to cut down glare and shadow.
