I find this image to be very appealing.... that being said I don't really see the motion. The Oats look very crisp and stationary to me. So that being said I had a dilemma, rate for how much I like the image, or how closely I think it follows the challenge. Fortunately for you I decided to rate on what I like, and this image got a "7"!

I'm surprised how few flowers were in this challenge. This one is quite impressive, I like the fading of the blossom and the beauty of the dew. Great colors and lighting too!
