Don't like the lighting of this. It is too flat. The highlight is on the ear/hair and not the face. Like the crop/positioning. Maybe bouncing some light back in the face would work better.

I like the idea here, but it is to clear in the balance of the image that it is a sortof studio setup. Softer light might have worked better. + less on the background and less on the arms. Especially the neck is pretty bright and draws the eye out of the face. Miss some light in the closest eye (bounce it back in with a reflector)

Light is from the wrong side to put the emphasis on the face paint, that also makes it almost impossible to get the right contrast/tonal balance.
