Say What?by ShakeyComment: Beautiful image! Looks like late day sun giving that golden glow. Tough to get the exposure correct, yet you did a nice job with this. Nice mulie too! Colorado perhaps?
Good luck in the challenge. |

What A Predicament!by GolferDDSComment: Good job of titling this to make it work with the image. You can almost read the bird's mind, like DANGIT! NOW how am I going to eat my dinner? ;^)
Nice bg color and bokeh working here. The curve of the iron arm creates a nice diagonal line an is naturally pleasing to the eye.
Nice job! Good luck with the challenge. |

DPC---Sun Screen.jpgby ucanoeComment: Honestly, I don't get the connection with the title, but doesn't matter - I still like the pic! ;^) Beautiful fall colors. Nicely captured. Have you considered cropping a bit off the right to lose the far right empty sky area and large dead limb? You wouldn't lose much foliage (might square the image too much tho)...just a thought and certainly subjective to personal opinion.
Smile and keep having fun! ;^) |

Bark #1by gurlwithapenComment: This is an interesting texture abstract. Very unique tree bark pattern. Not much for middle gray - seems that both ends of the tonal range are covered (Blk, Wht), but not much in-between. Contrast is very good. DOF appears a bit shallow as some protruding bark ends are blurring out (unless you intended to do that). JMO. ;^)
Any reason you've posted a smallish size?
Smile and keep having fun! ;^) |

Reflection Outtakeby Sherri1209Comment: Ooo-oooh! I like this! Wonderful use of reflections and I like the selective desat also. Only downside is the far right is bit over-exposed. Hope what you entered is doing ok for you. ;^) |

Courtesy of Scented Crayolasby SJCarterComment: Is the butterfly real? Can't tell... Also, what's that break in the border at the top left and right from? I lke the concept of this image...would have worked well in the 'Greeting Cards' challenge. |
