Ok - How did you do that? Bird feeder outside the window? ;^) Very tight shot, great DOF and color. Nice.

Beautiful image! Looks like late day sun giving that golden glow. Tough to get the exposure correct, yet you did a nice job with this. Nice mulie too! Colorado perhaps?

Good luck in the challenge.

Good job of titling this to make it work with the image. You can almost read the bird's mind, like DANGIT! NOW how am I going to eat my dinner? ;^)

Nice bg color and bokeh working here. The curve of the iron arm creates a nice diagonal line an is naturally pleasing to the eye.

Nice job! Good luck with the challenge.

Honestly, I don't get the connection with the title, but doesn't matter - I still like the pic! ;^) Beautiful fall colors. Nicely captured. Have you considered cropping a bit off the right to lose the far right empty sky area and large dead limb? You wouldn't lose much foliage (might square the image too much tho)...just a thought and certainly subjective to personal opinion.

Smile and keep having fun! ;^)

Bark #1

This is an interesting texture abstract. Very unique tree bark pattern. Not much for middle gray - seems that both ends of the tonal range are covered (Blk, Wht), but not much in-between. Contrast is very good. DOF appears a bit shallow as some protruding bark ends are blurring out (unless you intended to do that). JMO. ;^)

Any reason you've posted a smallish size?

Smile and keep having fun! ;^)

This is hilarious! Might be a bit hot on the wall (little less wattage maybe?)...nonetheless, very fun image. ;^)

Ooo-oooh! I like this! Wonderful use of reflections and I like the selective desat also. Only downside is the far right is bit over-exposed. Hope what you entered is doing ok for you. ;^)

Is the butterfly real? Can't tell... Also, what's that break in the border at the top left and right from? I lke the concept of this image...would have worked well in the 'Greeting Cards' challenge.
