POPby massmediakid31Comment: This one is fun. Creative idea and mostly well executed. The expression on her face works, composition is fine with the popcorn coming across the top third of the image. Couple of minor nits; 1) The lighting on the popcorn and the bowl is a little strong (not sure how you could have reduced it and kept details on her - sorry) and 2) Don't take this personally, but her skin around the eyes and on the forehead is a little oily and this has caused some distracting glare. Hope this does ok for you because it IS a fun image. Good luck. |

Buzz Off!by pminneComment: This is a challenging shot to get and have it meet the Stopped Motion theme of the challenge. The wings appear to have been stopped, but they are a little blurry, which could be simply from DOF and your aperture setting rather than too slow a shutter speed. The bee does look not quite sharp overall, where the flower is... Good luck in the challenge. |

The most beautiful game..by docpjvComment: What game is it? The goals are rather small, but that looks like a soccer ball. Something about the lighting in this seems odd. The faces are quite dark and the grass looks yellowish (same for the buildings in the top background). You have done a nice job stopping the motion per the challenge theme. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

Blade Runnerby KronusComment: Oh no! It's going to crash, the rotors have stopped turning!!! Wait. That's just your shutter speed. He-he. Nice job of stopping the motion. You've managed to take an image of an aircraft WITHOUT centering it in your composition. Hooray! Good to see that. Even the top of the tree helps here as it adds context to the image. Others will find that tree top distracting I imagine, but hey, this IS DPChallenge. ;^) Color in the sky seems off, but it may be the time of day? Good luck. |

Got it!by AlainComment: You've stopped the motion ok. This shot has some additional impact potential had you gotten lower to the ground, maybe include some foreground grass up close. Lighting is a little harsh. If you dropped the highlights a little, and brought up the midtones it might help (in Post-Processing). A polarizer would have helped this image and colors pop tremendously. All JMO of course. ;^) Good luck in the challenge. |

Caught and Released Manarayby KelliComment: Wow, a whole lot of splashing going on here! ;^) Looks like an exciting outing. I wish the manaray was more identifiable. You've stopped most of the motion - not quite fast enough on the shutter speed as I see some motion blur, but overall very good. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

Full Extensionby bryanbrazilComment: That duck has some nice color. Speaking of color, something seems off in the color tones in this image. Also appear to be a little underexposed as well. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

Apple Shotby accadyComment: Ok. I've seen enough of these to know I need to get the equipment to try it - I think. ;^) Nothing personal, this shot is quite an accomplishment I'm sure, but some others I've seen like it are a little sharper and set up differently in lighting to make it more dramatic. The bullet and spray on the left seem slightly blurred and noisy/grainy. |

1,2,3,4by pinbokeshattaComment: This is ok. I know the planes are moving and you've stopped the motion per the challenge, but something just seems kind of static about this. Nothing personal...it's a good capture overall. I would like to see a little more space at the bottom but it's not critical. Other than that it's sharp and well exposed. Hope it does well for you. Good luck. |

cooking!by Ecce_SignumComment: Well this is certainly a unique egg shot. ;^) Don't think I've ever seen one quite like this. Good image for doing the selective desat...works well here. Have stopped all motion quite effectively. Should do ok with this one. Good luck. |
