I think that the box (?) at the bottom spoils this picture. I would like to see it cropped just below the vase, with a slightly higher POV.

I would crop out the signals and the light stripe in the sky. Would you have still got the reflection on the rails if you were lower?

Everything about this photograph seems to work. The expanse of the land matched by the sky. The hiker balanced by the clouds and mountains. Good use of the rule of thirds. The only thing that I might of change is to give the hiker dark trousers and a light shirt.
