Woah, great colors!

That kiltered horizon almost makes me dizzy (perhaps it's also because I'm voting at 2:30 am). There's a tutorial here on how to fix that.

The only niggle here is the overall brightness of the pic, but I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and push it just a tad.

Turn the flash down a notch?

There's something nice about this picture. I likethe head, cork, and the glass is really well done, but that glaring hand and bright label really take a lot out of it.

I gave a little bit extra for the technical merit.

Can't say I care much for the border, sorry. I like the pic though.

Beautiful skin tones.

One curiosity. If she's alone, why is there a massive diamond on her ring finger?

If you are looking for a way to straighten that line up, check the tutorials section. There's a simple way using the measure tool in PS (if you have it). You could measure straight across to the two points at the edges of the melt area.

I'm a big fan of Lego, but one thing to think about is that you want your backgrounds to either lend something to your subject or simply be backgrounds. In this image, the sharp contrasts in the black and white as well as the colored purple and red material take away from the lego man, which is already fairly underlit.

When I take pictures of toys, I often use small ultra-bright LED lights. I have a couple of magnetic ones that have snake-heads that work really great for creating dramatic spot type lighting. Check your local hardware store for something under 10 bucks... They are surprisingly strong.

This is a great looking picture that could seriously do with darkening or boosting the contrast. The highlights on the doorknob, web and door vents look fantastic and would look even better given a more low-key treatment.
