very beautiful table and good still life. hope it does okay for you. Have you tried playing with curves a bit.. you will be surprised how it brings out colors and grain in wood, try it!

not so sure... looking at this pic i ask myself what do i see.... maybe a baby carry cot? some socks? not sure. lovely sky and colors, but rethink your point of shoot and show where family comes into this pic. at this moment i must strain myself to see some resemblance of people back there... sorry if i sound critical, it is my wish to show you the way i see it so that next time you will think about 'how it will be seen by others' and take it from a more critcal point of view..
