Cyclamen Leavesby MelethiaComment: The leaves do have an interesting pattern, though I think that cropping the shot so there is no distracting background would help. I think that a more diffuse light source would help remove the harsh shadows too. |

Serpentineby TammerComment: Excellent focus on the scales. It really shows their texture. Not that I'd want to reach out and touch them though. The little twig infront of the snake's head is a little distracting, but not much one can do about that in the Basic editing rules :-\ |

Pattern of Lightby newsjunkie93Comment: Interesting subject and lines here. The lighting in the middle looks quite blown out to me, and the focus isn't very sharp. I'd love to see this exact same shot in sharp focus and exposed without any blown out highlights. |
