Excellent concept. I really like the glowing gold of your hair, though the skin tones are a little too yellow for my taste. The focus on the hair is good too. Your eye looks like it is a tiny bit out of focus. I would prefer the eye be in sharp focus and the hair in softer focus.

I like the simplicity of this shot, and I think the black and white works well to further that simplicity. The focus is great and the exposure is perfect in what appears to be a tough exposure situation.

I think the concept for this shot is great. The focus seems to be about 1 inch closer to the camera than your eyes, so they are not in real sharp focus. This is my only real complaint. The color is great and the lighting is good. The catchlights in your eyes look good.

I like this composition and the lighting isn't too harsh. I wish that the DOF were much more shallow so the field wasn't so sharp in focus.

I like the composition of this shot a lot. I like the facial expression and catchlights in both eyes. Good soft lighting. One thing that I'm not enthusiastic about is the yellowish tint to your skin and the background almost give a sickly feel to the shot. I think that going black and white would look great. There also appears to be some significant noise in specific parts of the shot. I think this is ok, though it almost makes it look like it was taken with a low resolution camera since it lacks a sharp focus.
