This is very nice - the window light is wonderful. Her hands look so gentle on the baby. All the leading lines point inward right to the center of the belly, draws the viewers attention and keeps it. i like the background wall paper as a contrasting texture.

ew- cant wait to read the "how was it done". and is he wearing a tortoise shell hat?? so strange that I forget to look at it as a photograph. Do you like the left side where it is greenish? What if you cropped closer on that side? The eye wouldnt be centered then but it might work better with the light only coming from the right.
