Coming Homeby jrtoddComment: Not a bad idea but I think you could have done better with it. A less harsh flash lighting would have nailed IMHO since I really dislike strong flash shadowss and also it makes the whole shot more of a composite, like the couple of the car are one shot and the street lights another shot and you composed them together. I know that is not the case, I am just saying that the flash lighting makes it seem so.
Anyway, to be clear I really like this shot and it´s a great idea, if you had pulled it off the way I described I would probably have given it a 10 but I gave this shot an 8 and I don´t give out many of those. Good job. |

Geometryby JinjitComment: Awesome clarity and composition! Would have given it a 10 if it were not from the flare in the lower left corner and the shadow right above it wich I presume is a tree. Good job, gave it a 9. |

Night colorsby kaske666Comment: Pretty good shot, love the clarity and sharpness and the colours and this could probably be in a commercial and it would make me want to buy that beer. Still not brilliant though but I gave it an 8. |

Farris Wheelby LokiComment: What an odd pattern in the wheel itself, close to the center. Looks like some kind of morse code or something. Anyway, not quite sure what it is but it blows this shot up to totally new dimensions and I gave it a 10, the only other 10 I gave in the challenge, excellent find. If the pattern hadn´t been there it would just have been another "ferris wheel" shot and I would probably have given it a 6-7. Good composition too and I like the slight movement of the people in front, I think you hit the spot here with exposure time. |

Light Speedby RickHComment: Now this is VERY cool. Still not a 10 from me though as I feel there is something missing but I can´t really put my finger on it. Perhaps a longer shutter time and more lights on the outside, especially directly left of the rearviewmirror. Anyway, like this shot a lot, gave it an 9 and great job, very creative, makes me want to try something like this myself. |

Midnight bonfire to welcome springby puzzledComment: Pretty cool, one of the better fire photos I have ever seen so I like it but still not jaw droppingly awesome but I love the texture and colour in this shot. Gave it an 8. |

Armadilloby TallblokeComment: Very nice, love the colours and feel too it but I think it´s framed a little bit too tightly, I am curious about the surroundings of this strange building. Anyway, one of the better shots in the challenge, gave it an 8. |

...as the night crawls inby eyjoComment: Not bad at all, Icelandic landscape never hurts an image anyway. Is this isafjordur? Good luck in the challenge. |

Depressionby ArtifactsComment: Very nice, has a very sad feel to it so this definately fits the challenge IMO. Love the composition and tones in this image, has a distinctive "Ansel Adams" feel to it and think this would have done well there. |

Tranquilityby ArtanComment: Lovely shot of a a lovely location but I can´t help if it hadn´t seemed even more tranquil if you would have taken a couple of steps forward and skipped that fence. Anyway, good colours and I like the tonal range in this shot. |
