Me, Myself, and Iby tngrndreamComment: Not raelly fond of the composition here, you cut off parts of both his hands but just barely, I think it´s ok to do that when you really take big parts off but this just looks accidental or that you didn´t have enough space to back off from him (yourself) Also the lighting isn´t really doing anything from me, I would suggest some way to light his face more and with softer lighting, doesn´t have to be complicated, just bounce a flash on a diffusing reflector a little bit from above. |

Big Airby nephotoComment: Congrats on your first ribbon, well taken shot and deserved to win. Only thing I can think of to make it better would be if you darkened the sky a little bit, not too much and made it a deep blue instead of light blue like it is now but other than that, awesome. Love the composition. I´ll get you next time :) |

Stories of Her Life by librodoComment: I gotta say that I was a little bummed out not ribboning with a 7.15 but seeing this shot win was a great consolation. First time seeing it too as I never vote on challenges I enter but even though I do that not to vote lower, I feel very confident that i still would have given this a 10 and of course added it to my favorites wich I just did.
Love everything about it and I think this is your best work as of this date. AWESOME! Could see this on the cover of National Geographic or Times or something like that. Keep up the good work Manny, I know you are extremely good but you have proven time and time again that you can be better, two thumbs up :) |

Yellow Attack!by Penny LaneComment: For starters, it would have scored much better if it were in focus, I can´t imagine there being motion blur since it´s at 1/800 of a second. Also the shot doesn´t connect with me, I don´t get what is going on, needs a backround or something to show the environment. What I mean is, is she slipping, is she jumping up in the air, is someone throwing the flowers at her, you can´t really make any of that out from viewing the shot. I know that comes from the title but it shouldn´t have to, the shot should tell the whole story.
Hope this helps :) |

Tribute to Rissaby elsapoComment: Nice and cool that you got the same expression. Only to nitpick, I think the beak should be in focus too but other than that, pretty good. 7 from me. |
