Martian Moonby BlackboxComment: Well the ground looks beliavable as a moon, so does the rock but the sky on the other hand is too gray (as in not black) for it to be really believable. If I had done this image I would have gone out and taken star sky shot´s and used that as the sky, would have lead this image to be much more aesthetically pleasing. Also the blur on the rocks close to the horizon is also giving it away, this would have infinity focus if it were a real photograph from the moon or the floating rock would also be blurry. Nice effort, just needs better execution and your all set :) |

Twas the day after Christmas, & all thru the boys room....by Darkend_SwordComment: Well I have sort of mixed feelings about this image. On one hand, I like the "drawing like" look of the image, like it was drawn with a pencil. On the other hand, it´s WAY too busy for my taste and my eyes have a hard time staying anywhere for more than a second. I like the style but think it would be better suited to something simpler, like a human face or something. I know, not what the challenge is about, I am simply encouraging you to try the same editing again if there is for instance an expert editing portrait challenge. Ended up voting 5. |

... HOPE ...by rozComment: Well this is neither good nor bad for me, don´t really know what else to say. I like the sky, think you should have sharpened this more though as the whole image seems fuzzy. 5 |

Prairie Winterby dw_photoComment: Not bad, I like the blue hue to the shot. A shame about the area around the sun though, since you have expert editing available to you and you have an static subject you really should have put a bit more effort in this shot and done a double or more exposures and made sure you had that area in check. |

Rude Awakening...by BosborneComment: Well I like the DOF for starters and the blue hue to the shot. What I don´t like is the composition, way to centered for my taste with too much space to the left and the leaf is a bit too bright for my taste, very close to blowing out highlights and doesn´t hold enough detail/texture for my taste. 6 from me. |

dream abandonedby MichaelCComment: I am sorry but I have to say this, that sky looks horrible, whatever you did in post processing does not agree with me, for my taste it´s very oversaturated and "muddy". The rest of the shot is OK though but still looks a bit oversaturated to me, the only part of the picture I am ok with the saturation is the grass, there it fit´s. As for the composition, it´s not bad but I find that fence a bit distracting, I think I would have liked it better if you either went down to the ground and included all the fence having the house behind it or tilted the camera upwards, thus eliminating the fence alltogether and having more sky in the shot. Sorry but this got a 4 from me. |

The Land Above The Cloudsby TallblokeComment: Well all I can say is that "the land" looks familiar :) A bit flat contrast wise for my taste but nothing that is really bothering me. |

Lake Superior in Decemberby shamerComment: Nice shot, like the colors and contrast in this one. Would have fixed the strong halo around the pier and horizon though if I were editing this but nothing that is really bothering me. 7 |
