Nice composition, image a bit too bright for my taste though, a third or half a stop or so darker and you would have gotten stronger color and been more appealing to me.

Pretty cool shot, great tones and colors. However, I can´t shake the feeling I would have liked it more if you had tilted the camera upwards, having less foreground and more sky.

Sorry but post processing a bit over the top for me, especially the pasting in of the flowers, they just look really out of place and don´t match up to the rest of the scenery, I would have opted to skip them as they only steal attention from the baloons in the backround wich look much more believable.

I do like this shot with the exception of the flowers, sky maybe a bit flat contrast wise though.

Sorry but the "HDR look" or whatever was done to this image really doesn´t appeal to me in the least. I did try to put my hand over the top 1/3 of the image and liked it much better that way so I still voted a 5 as I didn´t want to hurt your score too badly.
