The morning afterby jjbeguinComment: I really like all the lines... very busy image, but not in a bad way. I think I would like to see it in b/w also. |

Into The Westby TerramarComment: What a great shot. Stunning use of lighting. The seagull and use of thirds absolutely makes this shot! 10 |

BabyGeeseS.jpgby emorgan49Comment: What a great image. This is very happy and carefree and (pardon the pun) screams "Aflac". Well composed and very nice DOF. |

Churchby MakkaComment: Great perspective and use of available lighting. I love the feel of this image, but agree with the other comments about cloning out the building on the right. The handrail also takes away a little from the image, but only minimally in my humble opinion. Great shot! |

Geckoby RikkiComment: Great study of light, color and texture! The negative space is spot on in this one. The DOF feels a little shallow since parts of the gecko are a little soft while others are sharp. Very nice image... you could almost put some text in the negative space and use this for a greeting card. |

Between carsby lowonenergyComment: I really like this one. It's not your typical light trails image. The negative space in the middle works very well. |

Leifur Eiríksson, Reykjavík, Icelandby magnusComment: Great moody shot I think you've captured the feel of the statue very well. There seems to be a little noise that could be cleaned up with a little NI... probably a side effect of a higher ISO. Good work! |

Spot-the-Cheetah.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: Very cool shot. I've always been a fan of big cats. This is an example of why cheetahs have spots. Great example of camoflage. My only nitpick is the missing feet. A tighter crop on the top might help alleviate the off balance feel of the image. |

Randyby CalliopeKelComment: What a great shot! It's interesting how the post-processing clashes so much with the expression. I do not mean this in a bad way, just that when you see high contrast "grungy" images like this, they are usually attached to a somber/sad image. Your subject looks genuinely happy and carefree. Even though the technique and the subject do not go hand in hand normally, I think it's a wonderful blend for this particular portrait. Wonderful portrait, I wouldn't change a thing. |
