Goose Chaseby QuadrajetComment: Great action shot. I always get a big kick out of watching the mannerism of Canadian geese and you captured it well. Good colors and light, lovely dof. 9 Journey |

Majesticby JackoComment: Fine portrait. Imho, the image would be stronger if you edit out the bar behind him. Would have liked to see a tad more definition in some of the browns. 9 Journey |

Pretty Lady by JeanComment: She sure is pretty. So is this picture. Nice composition at colors. There is another picture of the same bird that i also rated high. Was interesting to note that they resulted in quite different images :) Shooting as a team? 10 Journey |

The Loyal Workerby paganiniComment: Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow! THIS IS EXTRAORDINARY. I'm not going to waste timewriting down all the things that are so superb with this image because you already know it more than i do. I keep on looking and looking at this image and i just don't know what i like the most: the exquisite details in the bee's wings or that you lovely, lovely impressionistic flower center on the left. Oh, this is great! Sorry for being such a twit about it but this really has tremendous impact on me. Colors are great, too. Velvia? :) I recognize lots of technical mastery here and also some darn fine equipment as well. Love the artisticity of this shot. 10+ Journey |

The Gathererby autoolComment: Lovely image. My only nitpick is the other yellow flower at the top right. Thanks to good dof it is blurred significantly, yet it grabs too much of my attention because of its warm color. That takes some attention away from the main action. 9 Journey |

All Birds and No Beesby mariomelComment: Can't you give these guys some privacy? How would you feel if someone with a camera shows up when you're in the middle of the act? :) Good catch though. Nice light and dof. 7 Journey |

Vice Versaby dan_pendletonComment: Oh, how i love to see this action of Can. geese flying away and oink, oink, oink along. You captured it so well! Pleasure to look at. Lighting is perfect. Motion of the wings is perfect. Combination of water and background the perfect foil for the geese. The brownish blurred background makes me go ape. Great shot. 10 Journey |

Swimming in Lake Arthurby MaverickComment: Nice picture. Love the abstractions of the reflections of the water and of the Cgoose. The goose is well lit. Good composition with lots of negative space giving him room to breathe (and swim). 7 Journey |

Fauna eating Floraby RgoldComment: Killing two birds with one stone, what? :) Great picture. Lovely saturated colors and great detail. Somehow, i have the sensation that this is set-up and you probably starved the snail for a week so that it would just attack the flower :) The snail is good but that flower is just sumptious and a pleasure to look at. 8 Journey |
