Hi Oliver! Congrats for another ribbon. I did not vote in this challenge (wanted to avoid subconscious bias owing to my relatively high score) but just by browsing through this one definitely 'smelled' like a ribbon candidate. It's quite surrealistic. How much preparation did it take?

That's an entrance, no doubt... I feel that a little less would be enough from the out-of-focus foreground and also a tad more saturation could improve it. Anyway, it's already real good to my taste.

I guess, it is rather entrance to your stomach, but still a nice concept and composition. However, there are some major problems that in my eyes prevent the message suggested by the title to go through. Technically, it feels underexposed (probably because of the bright reflections of the flash) and the colors are somewhat washed out. Also, in this particular case the pin-sharp little details are rather distracting. A thorough makeup and manicure for the model would also make it more effective (IMHO).
