I like the composition and I don't mind the shallow DOF but there's not enough of the guitar in focus here to make this shot interesting.

This tree definitely looks complex, but I think it would have been better if you cropped the image so that the tree is the main subject. As it is now, the background is too distracting. Punchier colours would help as well.
