I just had to get this image huh?
As I commented before "It does looked heavily processed, but so what? do people really think Ansel Adams wasn't called the master of the darkroom for nothing? he worked his photos so much in the darkroom, that the originals are barely reconizable. He wrote the book (literally) on post processing."
I think this image is terrific, and don't have much critique for you. maybe a little less sharpening, and when you selected the sky, next time a small (1 pixle) feather will help to lessen the harsh lines around the straight edges.

I'm glad I was wrong about the shadow blowing the shot! (i still would have cloned out the shadows, but, hey, that's me)
good concept none the less, and a great way to make them stick (wax)

It's a good shot with excellent exposure, and a great take on the theme.
