Oh, sloping seas! In this type of image where it is such a crucial element to the overall image the horizon really should be levelled.
I am left a little puzzled about the title, I can see a couple of objects in the water, possibly people but they are so insignificant that they only serve to distract.
The foreground would have benefited from lightening up and the sign needs cropping out.
I hope you don't take offence at my critique my intentions are to help you.

I am presuming this is someone's excellent artwork? Whilst it is a good reproduction I would have liked to see something of your own adding another element to the image, i.e.., someone interacting with it?

Very creatively done, I love your chosen focus and shallow DOF, it works so well. As I look at it I'm wondering if a slight shift in composition to the lower right reducing the empty area and taking the centre more off-centre would improve it? It still remains one of my highest scorers and should do well, good luck
