I love the composition, tones and subject. I am distracted by the blownout lights in the window. I know in basic editing there wasn't much you could do about that. Maybe taking it late in the afternoon or early in the AM? Still, one of the best ones in the competition!

The lighting on the gate is wonderful. And I love the tones you've chosen for the photo. I think it might have been a stronger presentation if it had been cropped closer on the sides. The blown out lights keep my eyes going back and forth instead of focusing on the wonderful gate and boards in the barn. Hope this feedback is helpful :)

I love what you've achieved here in basic editing -- and I want to know how you did it!!!! I couldn't get this look without adding layers in modes other than normal! The colors are rich and wonderful. I'm sure others will disagree, but I think I would crop out the concrete block building and pull in closer on the barn section. It's just a thought :) Seriously, teach me how you did this!

Nice perspective and the lighting is wonderful. The textures make the photo so interesting. The only distraction in the photo is the blown-out sky, which we couldn't do anything about in basic editing! (I hate basic editing!) BOL

This building has a lot of character. I'm wondering if you could have gotten some good shots of the details -- like the balcony, windows, door, etc. -- and gotten a stronger presentation. Just a thought -- hope it is helpful :)
