This is a solid image. However, I think the colours are a bit oversaturated, and, while I know you're trying to get as much of the cool reflection involved as possible, I think it would be served well by cropping off about an inch at the bottom.

I like what your going for - emotive. I also like the way the window is framed by the plant. However, as it stands this image is a bit flat. In future, make sure it's closer to 640 pixels on its longest side.

Also, you should try playing around with curves/contrast to give it a little punch. If you're stuck without proper image editing software (as I am), download the GIMP. It's a great program and free.

Terrific image. This guy is obviously a real character, and you succeed admirably in telling his tale. Like the central composition but wish the writing didn't protrude from his right ear (on the viewer's left). 8

I like this - very nice exposure of the night sky. Great catch of the shooting star. On the down side, I think this could be improved by cropping out the town at the foot of the mountain. The blown out lights distract from the central impact of the shot.

Hehehe... amusing title, and nicely composed. Seems a little blown out in parts, but that can be hard to avoid in this type of shot.

The title doesn't make an whole lot of sense to me - perhaps a song lyric I'm not familiar with, but I like the dark, gritty feel to this shot.

Nice exposure on the northern lights. Unfortunately, the foreground detracts somewhat from the image - it just seems a bit random. 5

Interesting cat - I like the way your processing has picked out the red berries - it adds another dimension to what would otherwise be just another image of someones pet. 7.

I'm assuming the grain is intentional, but it probably won't be well received here. Not that that should stop you from using it. I like the composition here quite a lot, but the focus seems a little off - almost as if you've taken a photo of an old image and it hasn't worked all that well.

Nice composition and understated colours. Perhaps lacks the DPC eye-candy appeal, but I like it. 7.
