the first two in the pitching sequence work fine, but toss this one...no face. with pitchers, if you don't have the face, you've got to have something else that makes the shot (like the ball on the fingertips). likewise, go on and crop in tighter. your first one would make a strong vertical as all that space doesn't do anything.

yeah, you could work with this in post a bit more to make her pop, and possible a tighter crop to keep her head from getting lost in all that water. i wouldn't have shot it with flash, though.

for this shot, prefocus on the top far edge of the closest block, then move the focus out just a bit further so that the focus will be where she's diving. as for exposure, meter off the middle of the pool and adjust your settings manually; that way you'll avoid the light coming through the window throwing off your exposure. it doesn't matter if the window light is blown out as long as the first diver is exposed correctly. it's a nice composition. keep at it.
