this photo is smarter than me. I get it now but it is just like seeing a magic trick a dozen times before you tell yourself "Yeah I know how he did it, umm I think..."

My guess is that this got this score because few people stopped long enough to see the trick...When I first looked at it, I couldn't figure out why it got a posthoumous ribbon. But eureka when I looked closer!!! This is brilliant work, and certainly does deserve that ribbon. Just goes to show how much more careful we voters should be. :) Excellent, excellent shot. Amazing illusion.

Congratulations for your "Posthumous Blue Ribbon". This is one of the most intelligent images I've seen lately.

As well as being a wonderful photograph, it is a powerful visual interpretation of the challenge. This is my Posthumous blue ribbon.

Very confusing at first... concept is what really holds this photo together, but the quality of each photo is what tears it appart. Tell you what though, it has definitely held my interst for a long time now.

I'm not really sure what is going on here (I confuse easily). Nothing here really grabs my attention but for some reason I keep looking and coming back to this. 7

OK, this is wierd. It took me a while to see it. That's my only comment is that it's perhaps it's a little unclear. Only the guy on the right makes it obvious.

A more complete photo at the bottom with more people would of help the effect between the two, I found it more distracting.

Very clever take on the challenge especially that from the left the upper and lower elements look to be a single shot and that the difference builds slowly and subtle across the frame till you get to the 'severed head' on the right
