Joyby FyzarlComment: Yes, and you can see it on their faces. Wonderful stop action image. Too bad the child in the front has his hand over the face of the boy in the back on the right. And I would have rated slightly higher if there was slightly more detail on the faces and the fronts of the bodies. I would have cropped a little more, too. Centered the image, got rid of the bottom 1/5th and the left and right 1/8th or so. But, hey! That's just me. You have a really nice image. |

Anatomy Ablazeby RoosterComment: How many times as I was growing up did I play with flashlights to creat this same image ... ? I'm not sure why, but maybe because it was not new to me, I rated the image lower initially. Then, as I went through the challenge rating the images time and again, I ended up raising your rating at various times. It IS a really nice image. My fingers always ended up more "yellow" looking though because of the flashlight. :-) Good luck with the challenge. |

The Hackby PaulMdxComment: You've been watching a little "Matrix", I see. Nice image. I would have rated higher, but had problems in terms of the challenge definition with all the silhouettes. But, I liked it. Good luck with the challenge. |

Devil's Trumpetby redmondson01Comment: You know, there are some flowers that you couldn't mess up no matter how you tried to take thier photo. This strikes me as one of them. :-) You have a very interesting flower shape, well composed, nicely backlit, with great contrasts. It works alot, and I like it. Congratulations. |

Orange & Blueby JohannesFrankComment: Very strange and interesting. My eyes have trouble creating fact over fiction - how do the yellow/orange slices connect to the blue portion of the image? The contrast, composition and detail are really nice. Good luck with the challenge. |

When the bottom fell out...by typologicComment: Love the color, the texture, the reflected light, the overall tones and shadows, the detail and focus, the contrast, the composition - what else can you say? It's a 10 in my book. Congratulations. |

Trioby gaurawaComment: The first time I went through these 369 images, I knew this one would be in one of my top ten - just not sure where. The composition and the contrasts are really great. Very eye catching. Probably the only problem I have when viewing it is that after a while there appears to be a "double exposure" effect to the left between the bottom flower and the front center one. I know there isn't, but my eyes stumble over that portion of the image. As a result it has a little bit a a disquieting effect and I ended up rating it not quite as high as I would have. But, it's a very nice image. Congratulations. |

Fruit 'n Rocksby dr rickComment: You could play all day with various combinations of the composition of this image - but, bottom line: It's very attractive. It's the kind of image you would expect to see in lots of different commenrcial settings with a back lit frame to show it off. The contrasts between darks and lights, hard and soft, sweet, bitter and no taste - they're all there. Congratulations. |

Limeby dogzComment: I really like this image. Not just because I like limes, either. It has a very balanced overall impact, good contrasts, great detail and, obviously, a strong application of the theme of the challenge, "Backlighting". As a result, it is a very strong image with lasting impact. Congratulations. |

Lemon Limeby ScantyNebulaComment: Really nice image. It's cool how you were able to stop some action and yet retain vibrant colors, great detail and good focus. Congratulations. |
