I think the motion blur here is a little too subtle. It also looks like this is a heavy crop from a larger image, if that's true try getting in closer with your camera, the quality will be better.

The whole image seemds kindof soft and the orange. The movement in the left person doesn't seem natural to me and the person on the right is transparent. I can't tell if the person on the right is also the person on the left but I think that the light needed to be cast on the right subject to give it more substance.

a little bright, perhaps dimming it down or a less exposed picture would have brought out more details in the backround being blurred.
