The placement of the backlight could have been improved. The ideal is the light along the thighs. The light in the forearm eats up too much. A way to think about this is the zone system. The backlight comes in between 9 and 10th zone, mostly ten. This means it will burn out all definition. Since the flesh is in the 5, you only want a bead of light around the image. Bumping image for good composition. |
