Lovely floral entry. Like the tones and sharp detail. Nice processing without any visible artifactual distractions. Very good border for this challenge!

Solitary trees seem to be a popular topic. I like the moody sky and the overall color saturation. Good detail and sharpness. Overall well done!

A bit grainy but not distractingly so. I wish the sky was a bit more interesting. However, the gradient of hues suffices.

Overall a good entry for this challenge.

Sharp, focused, good DOF, and clean processing without distracting artifacts. Appears to be a rather simple profile shot but in this particular challenge, simplicity is a bonus.

Not a big fan of the frame but it's not distracting at all in this case.

Love the sky. This is exactly the type of picture I was hoping to see. Very well done.

Good sharpness, preservation of detail, and processing without introducing any distracting artifacts. 10

Inverted and solarized? Wonderful technique to camoflauge the bottle and achieve this fluid effect. Nice, sharp image with lots of detail and processing which didn't introduce any distracting artifacts. Very abstract...I like abstract.

There's a lot of negative space, but I feel it doesn't quite come across as minimalistic (you could merely crop the right two-thirds of the frame and still have basically the same photo). I'm sure a lot of creativity and thought went into this photo and I won't deduct on this basis. Overall a solid 7.

Scored this one a 7 and I feel it's composed very well. Good sharpness, preservation of detail, and processing which did not introduce artifactual distractions. The lighting, coming from the left, leaves its face and breast a bit in the shadows, and thus its eyes are a bit shaded, yet its not that much of an issue in an otherwise fantastic entry. Well done!

Nice interpretation of this challenge. I think this scored lower than it deserves, but probably because it's fairly abstract, as well as simplistic. Well done.
