The border is too thick and dark - overwhelms the subject totally.
I imagin you've already been told this several times, as have I on mine :)

IMO this is way too small. There is no detail, and very little is left to draw this viewers interest.

Hmm... fits the challenge I suppose, but I would like something else to look at - cloud patterns or some variety in the background, not that you had much control over the weather of course :-)

A bit grainy but not distractingly so. I wish the sky was a bit more interesting. However, the gradient of hues suffices.

Overall a good entry for this challenge.
