Loved For Herself Alone, And Not Her Yellow Hairby sibelingComment: As a blonde, I really hate having my hair called yellow. Just a personal quirk. I like the soft, buttery, yellow shirt, and, I have to admit, I like the yellow of her hair. The only thing I would change is the color of the background. It doesn't complement or showcase your subject. Creative take on the subject. (Actually, I have three blonde daughters, two blonde -okay they are yellow- dogs, and one bald husband ; ) so I actually contemplated something like this. 7 |

Wingsby kaushComment: OMG. Ths is dazzling. Is that dragonfly alive? The soft focus in the background gives this a three dimensional effect. So beautiful...sigh...10 |

yellow taking overby getsonComment: Sweet idea. I would like to see the stream of yellow liquid crisp and stopped in its flow. Everything else is perfect...8 |

Next Season: Banana Coke. Ugh.by space amoebaComment: Actually, I love this idea. Take the ordinary and give it a disorienting twist. The cropping doesn't work for me, and that is the only thing I would change. Great thinking. I like the creative brain behind this shot. When you take an icon and turn it on its ear it gives a nice iconoclastic shove to your viewers' perception of the world. Bravo to a thinking photographer...8 |

Yellow Sunflowerby debbybrisComment: So beautiful. These flowers are stunning. I wish you would have chosen a different color for your background to better showcase these dazzling flowers. A darker color, maybe similar to the brown of the center, would set them off. |

Zoo Yelloo!by tolovemoonComment: This is too scattered for me. I would like a direction or a focal point. Image could be crisper. Make the obscured toy your focal point, or the yellow giraffe since this the yellow challenge, maybe, and the other toys around it, drawing attention to it, or away from it... The yellow cloth strap is distracting. Give me as your view a way to go with this. |

Just Yellowby KaralewComment: I like everything about this except the cropping. The flowers facing left symbolize the past or looking back, and having them come out of the right side of the frame gives me the feeling of moving away from something. The color and water drops as very nice. I would crop this image tighter from the left, ease it in further from the right, or flip it so that it faces right, to the future because these flowers are so fresh and the color is so brilliant and hopeful. Beautiful flowers...7 |

Fallenby docpjvComment: I like this, but I am not sure what it is, not that I have to know what something is to like it, but. It looks like leaves, but part of one leaf looks like the fin of a fish. Fascinating and risky. I like your daring...8 |

Fourth to the Smallestby c-nez-07Comment: This shot is great! I love the use of space and repetition. This is a great shot for yellow. I always think of school buses when I think of yellow. Brilliant idea and nice execution. Great shot technically! |
