Day Dreamerby instepsComment: Is this a huge chair? The model disappears into the tree quite a bit, a white shirt/top woudl have made her stand out a bit more maybe... |

My Little Woodyby Hye5Comment: Either that, or you have a disturbingly big woody, and a normal sized one! :-). The fly dirt/chip on Woody's lip (The bigger one) is a bit distracting, but you've hit the challenge on the head.. Well done. |

Take A Moment : There are plenty left.by CuriousComment: The match to the challenge isn't that strong, as ther eis no real scale reference, but this is a really cool little figureine, and I love the way you've worked the light. The exprssion is wonderful, Well done. |

CUT DOWN ON CAFFEINE WITH MINIATURE CUPS OF COFFEEby woodseyComment: Your corner is showing. So to speak.. The edge of your backdrop / sheet of card is showing in the top left. Also the 'hump' in the backdrop near the top is distracting.
If you curved it deliberately, you really need to keep it curving upwards out of the picture, as the dark-light-dark transition catches the eye... |

Everyday lifesaverby ChezComment: This is a great photo... The only detraction is the horizon being on a lean.. Really simple composition that works soo well. |

ahhhh Panties!by BassieComment: This has got to be the strangest shot I've seen in this challenge so far, it's technically quite good, it's just the subject matter is soo disturbing.... Gotta give it a good score anyway, as it'd be hugely funny to see this on the home page! :-). 8. |

The Drinking Straw by aKiwiComment: The bits of hair / dust on a couple of the straws is quite distracting, but appart from those minor bits this is a stunning abstract, well done... |

On the Window Sillby adineComment: A classic still-life..
The range of tones is great, and the choice of colour / grey objects is also neat..
The only distracting thing (and this is picky) is that you've picked up some barrel distortion in this shot, as you've obviously shot it with a wide angle lense? The line of the sill along the 'bottom' is curved upwards at the ends, and the top edge is curged downwards at the ends. In a perfect abstract still life world it'd be nice if they were parallel.
If you're using a zoom lense going to the middle of the range will often give the least distortion, or picking a prime lense in in the 60-100mm range if you're using an SLR.
I'd also have liked to see a bit more separation in tone/colour between the top of the image (floor?) and the sill, maybe a solid coloured rug, or a bit of coloured art paper on the floor. |

Notepad Leaves by arpitaComment: This certainly has WOW. What a neat abstract.. I'm not quite sure where your focus is, but that's not an issue with this shot, it works really well. |
